Conarch has been providing construction services to Indian government agencies and has successfully completed 100+ large-scale construction engagements so far. With a presence across the Northern states and cities of India, Conarch employees more 150+ engineers, architects, accountants, contractors and administration staff, and offers the technical expertise, regional knowledge and management skills necessary to deliver effective and seamless service to clients. Conarch also provides general contracting services, turn-key construction and maintenance services, design build and speciality management solutions to India’s government corporations. The company has strong relationships with consultants who are industry leaders and has assisted multiple multi- national companies in other developmental projects. In addition to this, the company is diversifying from providing services to manufacturing and trading pipes, pipe-fittings, tanks, and transporters. Conarch Associates brings eminence understanding of the infrastructure development sector and focuses on exceeding client's expectations by ensuring quality and excellence in projects.

The team is spearheaded by Mr. Shalabh Kumar Goel who has achieved excellent exposure of 20 years in civil engineering services. Having graduated in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee, he has gained wide experience in the field of construction and development projects over the 20 years.
After establishing the company, he aims to diversify in the infrastructure industry, building a name and legacy.
